CONVERSING WITH BODY AND MIND
The day started with a Yoga session. Some of us were reluctant about exercising so early in the morning. But the session was so much more fun than we had expected.
For one, sir was super engaging relating his lecture to the daily issues we had with our body and he was also mindful of our limitations and fitness. And in that one hour a lot of discovering we were more flexible than we had thought! This spurred us on to try and master more asanas. By the end of the session, everyone had a happy smile on their faces.
The classes today were led by MEd interns and they eased into their roles as professors perfectly. They were also very friendly and delivered subject material in an engaging manner.
