 Ancy ma'am came to observe our classes, I didn't have the observation as mine was already done. Despite fearing otherwise everyone did a good job.  . The school is involved in the celebrations commemorating Mar Ivanios, some students participated in it. A scholarship test for students were conducted in the school organised by NMSS

As exams are coming up and there were exercises left to be done from the first chapter, a major chunk of classes were dedicated to that. The programmes organised also meant that students were not avaliable to teach. Started "We Are the World".  Students are familiar with Michael Jackson.It was easier to get the idea across. Showed a video of Michael Jackson's famous dance movies, which had the students' attention.

 St. Goretti's feast day was celebrated at the school under the leadership of KCSL students.  Various entertaining and informational programmes were organised as part of the celebrations. It was informative learning about the life and contributions of St. Maria Goretti. On 5/7/2023 free books were distributed to students by an organisation. Books were provided for bothe UP and HS students.

 Completed the "Boy Who Drew Cats". I enjoyed teaching  it  as it had elements of fantasy and folklore. I used ICT to get certain ideas across and it seems to have worked. Although Malayalam medium students struggle a bit they are putting in good effort in class making the class more lively and interesting. Students also responded well to the TBLT based writing tasks given to them. Started and finished  the poemTaj Mahal as well. Students struggled a bit with abstract concepts but using rela life examples helped them understand better. Here also ICT was used effectively.

 The school organized programmes to spread awareness against drug abuse. Drug abuse I an issue of great importance currently and young students are susceptible to being victims of substance abuse. Such programmes are therefore of great importance. Classes are going well. I have established a good rapport with the students. And is able to manage the classes better.

The second week of teaching internship was packed. I had my first optional observation on the 23rd. Students responded well in class which gave me confidence . We were assigned duties - discipline, line and lunch. Starting to feel like a part of the school.  Yoga Day was celebrated in school and students participated well in all the activities.

The first observation of my class happened on Monday. Prof. Maya ma'am observed the class taken in 8 C. It went well despite my nervousness.   The school celebrated Reading Week on June 19.  It was a great function as students participated in variety of programmers that put across the importance of reading.
